I went in to the store on 11/22/17 to purchase an iPhone 7plus. Thought it’d be paying 500 or more just for the phone nothing more. Turns out, I payed 560 plus tax for the iPhone 7plus, a note 8 and the plans to protect our phones. Along with a free tablet, and wireless charger. And 100 worth of merchandise for both phones. The guy helping me, Francisco, was an amazing help!! Super nice and answered all my questions. And let me say I had ALOT!!! Thanks so much for all the help guys!!! I’m absolutely in love with my phone!! And my Fiancé is in love with his as well!!

phone was overheating and shutting down rendering it useless,I was told it is not covered under warranty as it is a programming problem?If it was lost,stolen or the actual phone it's self was broke it would be covered.... But for $30 I could upgrade to a better phone at no additional cost on my monthly bill....my bill went up $40 a month putting me at $197 a month!!!I went in to complain and they looked my bill up on the computer a bit and told me " the bill is right, this is what you signed up for"...I'm actually on line as I type this looking to transfer to AT&T or Sprint
