- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 25, 2019, by rebecca mcallisterBeen a loyal customer here for the 2 years since I moved to Moab even though the other hardware store in town is in a more convenient location and has a larger selection of most items. BUT... I tried to return some unneeded hardware today and was promptly informed that they don't take ANY returns or EXCHANGES without a receipt. Unfortunately the homeowner I have been working for threw the receipt away. Crappy policy? YES. NOT the hometown local small store service I would expect. I guess that other hardware store is going to get all of my business from now on.
